Week 2 of our Africa study (we had a short week last week). This week we will be studying Africa Geography. The Sahara Desert, Rain Forest and Savannah will be studied. We will explore the regions, compare regions and create collages of the animals and plant life from the different regions. The goal is to learn the three major regions of Africa as well as understand the wide diversity of plants and animals that call Africa home.
For art this week each student will need a sketch book and drawing pencil.
