It’s hard to believe that my baby girl is 10 years old!
I remember the day she was born. It was a hard morning of back labor. As she arrived my midwife discovered the cord wrapped around her neck…twice.
I was completely out of it by this point (which was a good thing), but I was aware enough to know that the people around me were slightly worried about something.
Luckily they had the smarts to not let on…and after another push my daughter was here. She was immediately whisked away and I crashed. After about an hour of getting me stable they brought me my daughter. Thus began another love story.
Today Bella is a bright, happy adorable child. She loves clothes, gymnastics, peace symbols, her stuffed animals and me. If there are any effects from her birth they are not apparent. We are blessed that God sent her to our little family.
On August 9th, we headed down to Medford to celebrate her birthday with her BFFF (That stands for best freaky friend forever as they informed me). Before we left her siblings gave her their gift: a peace Webkinz puppy. Don’t you just love her sense of style?
